Dolly Parton, 80, issues video message after missing public event

Dolly Parton has pulled out of a rare public appearance at her Dollywood theme park on medical advice.
The 80-year-old country music icon missed the launch of a new roller coaster in Tennessee, sending a pre-recorded video message instead.
Parton explained that she gets dehydrated and often experiences dizziness, leading her Nashville doctor to advise her against travelling.
The singer has previously postponed several events and cancelled a Las Vegas residency due to ongoing medical treatments.
Despite her health struggles following the death of her husband Carl Dean, Parton reassured fans that she is responding well to treatment.
