They're in constant pain after contracting a fur-stripping condition - and desperately need urgent treatment to save them from a life of discomfort.
Lady, a Yorkshire terrier cross, and Stella, a spaniel cross, have been taken in by The Cotswolds Dogs and Cats Home, in Gloucestershire, after spending time in an RSPCA animal hospital in Birmingham.
The poor dogs have patches all over their bodies where their fur has fallen out and have extensive scaling and thickened skin, which makes them look as though they're turning to stone.
It is thought they have an extreme case of flea dermatitis, an eczematous itchy skin disease, which can be cured with the right medication and treatments.
A spokeswoman told The Mirror : "They weren’t born with the condition, we have carried out a number of tests and can confirm that it isn’t anything nasty. It is likely flea dermatitis that wasn’t treated and left to progress to this awful condition."

Since arriving at The Cotswolds Dogs and Cats Home, Lady and Stella have become more relaxed and have shown a "sense of relief" knowing their condition is being seen to.
Following their arrival, Tash, CDCH animal care assistant, said: "Stella and Lady arrived into our care in a terrible condition. They were both very sad and timid.
"After gaining some of our trust they are already showing massive improvements and both showing hints of their cheeky little personalities."
The Cotswolds Dogs and Cats Home has made Lady and Stella their sponsor dogs - and are asking those who can to donate towards their treatment.
A statement reads: "They have a long road to recovery but the team and our fantastic vet Mo are acting quickly to make them more comfortable.
"By sponsoring these two lovely dogs for as little as £10 a month, you will ensure they receive all the medical attention, love and care they need to get healthy and eventually find their forever home.
"You will receive a welcome pack from them as well as regular updates.
