Dog with dodgy stomach destroys house as Dublin girl records the aftermath of cleaning up the mess in hilarious Snapchat video

Any dog owner will know that wherever it poops, you have to scoop but this Dublin girl was left with a massive mess over the weekend.

Tallaght native, Megan Davis recorded the moment that her dog, Avon destroyed the house after eating something that "didn't quite agree with him".

In the hilarious Snapchat video, Megan arrives home to find that her dog has let his bowels loose upstairs.

She told Dublin Live: "Poor Avon ate a lamb bone and there was garlic in it and as you can see, it didn’t agree with him.

"The minute I walked into my house and opened the door the smell just hit me it was awful."

The mess, as you could imagine, was extremely hard to clean up and things got very hands on to say the least.

She said: "I was using tissue paper then I ran out of that so then had to use two tea towels."

Avon who is five years old has never did anything like this before and although Megan's mam was adamant that she needed to clean the mess up immediately, she did see the funny side to the place being destroyed.

Megan said: "She found it funny because she wasn’t the one picking it up.

"She was laughing about it and then at one stage, she had even text me to tell me to burn some toast because the smell was that bad."

Talk about having a shite day...
