Dog stolen during house raid and owner desperate to find her

A dog owner has launched a desperate appeal for the public's help in locating her bulldog after it was stolen from her house during a burglary last night.

The 8-year-old pooch was taken from a house in Lesmahagow in South Lanarkshire alongside a lot of material possessions, and has since been sighted in Glasgow in the owner's stolen car - a grey Mitsubushi jeep.
