If you're looking for a new BFF, Strider would love to put his name in the hat.
The loving four-year-old German Shepherd is the goodest boy on the planet (I mean, just look at that adorable smile!).
Much like his Lord of the Rings namesake, Strider loves to go on adventures and is probably the true king of Gondor but we haven't confirmed this.
The handsome fella has a big personality and can’t wait to be everyone’s friend.
He loves food and treats so an adopter who is passionate about positive reinforcement training should have no problem helping him work on this.
Plus with his abundance of energy and excitable nature, he'd love to live with someone who can match up to his appetite for adventure.
Strider does need some training when it comes to walking calmly on his lead and is looking for a family that will help him work on this.
He would really love a home where he is the only dog and with someone who will be home a lot of the time with him, to help him settle in and slowly build-up to more alone time.
