'Doesn’t care' - Arsenal fans blame the same person as financial results are released

Arsenal have released their financial results for the last financial year ending May 31st 2019.

They show that the club has gone from making a pre-tax profit of £97.4 million the year before to making a pre-tax loss of £23.5 million during 2018/19.

Part of the reason for the difference is the drop in money made from player sales, with more than a £100 million less coming into the club from selling players compared to 2017/18.

However the results do not take into account the money spent and earned during the latest transfer window in the summer, and the commercial deals signed with the likes of Adidas.

A big loss will be felt from not qualifying for the Champions League, a competition which would have bought money into the club.

Arsenal fans have not been shy in their thoughts on how the club is being ran by owner Stan Kroenke, since he assumed private ownership of the club.

This lead to the launch of the "We Care Do You?" campaign with around 100,000 fans signed a letter demanding that the club's owners showed they care.

Following the release of the latest financial results, fans have taken to Twitter to give their thoughts.

Take a look at what they had to say.

Arsenal are back in action on Monday when they face West Ham United at the London Stadium.
