Does the final Rangers vs Celtic clash of the season really matter? Saturday Jury

Does the final Old Firm clash of the season really matter?

Michael Gannon: Old Firm games always matter. Rangers are out to stamp their dominance by going unbeaten and Celtic can drive home some doubts for next season regardless of who stays in the summer. It matters to the fans, that’s all that counts.

Scott Burns: The Glasgow derby always matters, regardless of what is at stake. Rangers will want to go the league campaign unbeaten and Celtic will want to lay down a marker for next season.

David McCarthy: Of course it does. Rangers want to finish the season unbeaten in the league, Celtic want to record their first win over their rivals this season but above all else the supporters live for these matches.

Hearts were very comfortable Championship winners. How will they fare in the Premiership next season?

MG: Hearts will need to tool up again if they are to compete for Europe but they should comfortably be top six. Jambo fans deserve some bang for their bucks next term.

SB: It all depends on their recruitment. They have the core of a team there but they need more quality in certain areas and more from others who are already at the club.

DM: Mid-table I reckon. Getting John Souttar back is massive for them but they’ll need to far better than they’ve shown at times this term.

Will St Johnstone complete a cup double this season?

MG: It would be some achievement but it’s still a big ask. St Mirren won’t be a breeze and you’d fancy Hibs now. It’s wide open.

SB: I don't think you can bet against them. Hibs are probably favourites but it’s fair to say all four semi-finalists will fancy their chances.

DM: They just might you know. They’re playing as well as anybody left in the competition and confidence is sky-high.

Steve Clarke can pick three extra players for the Euros - name three players who wouldn't have made a 23-man squad.

Leigh Griffiths could benefit from the expanded Euros squad rule (PA)

MG: David Turnbull, Ryan Gauld and Leigh Griffiths. The first two are in form and Griff is always handy to have around if we’re looking for a goal.

SB: It's a difficult one because he picked a 28-man squad last time and that was without James Forrest and Liam Cooper. I expect them both to come in and I don’t see too many other surprises.

DM: I’d give two of the younger kids tournament experience, so Nathan Patterson and Billy Gilmour for me. And if you need a goal with 10 minutes left, there’s nobody better to throw on than Leigh Griffiths.
