What is it about some bars of chocolate that seems to cut off any restraint impulse I’m sure I would normally have, with the result that I end up eating the whole bar? Other foods don’t seem to affect me like this. If there is a chemical in the chocolate that causes this, perhaps it could be injected into the broccoli or cabbage of kids’ school lunches.
