Dodgers’ Joc Pederson hit one of the most bizarre doubles in Game 5

The Los Angeles Dodgers are looking to save their incredible season Wednesday night as they’re battling the Washington Nationals in Game 5 of the NLDS.

The winner goes on to face the St. Louis Cardinals in the NLCS. The loser goes home.

Well, it looked like the Dodgers had jumped out to an early lead in the first inning when it appeared as if right field Joc Pederson had hit a solo home run to left field.

The lefty slugger ran around the bases and the huge crowd at Dodger Stadium went nuts. But then the umps watched the replay and realized the ball didn’t got over the wall, it went through it:

Strange, right?

Pederson had to go back to second base but then promptly scored when Max Muncy hit a 390-foot bomb to right center.
