Life just keeps getting sweeter for Maura Higgins as she revealed she has a new documentary coming out in July.
Sharing the official trailer of the ITV2 show on her Instagram story last night, the Longford-born Love Island star wrote: “It’s coming….”
The documentary Maura Higgins: You’re Joking Me! was originally to air in February this year, before it was unexpectedly pulled from air last minute and put on hold until later on this summer.
It will follow the daring 29-year-old as she prepares to compete in the 5km Spartan Race – an extreme obstacle course.
And the preview revealed that the one off documentary will also feature her ex-boyfriend Curtis Pritchard along the way.
“One minute I’m living my Love Island dream, the next I’m face to face with my worst nightmare,” the star states.
“I’d rather stick pins in my eyeballs.”
The TV announcement comes as part of a busy week for the grid girl turned makeup mogul, following the launch of her 34-piece Inglot makeup collection along with the debut of her YouTube channel.
After months of teasing, Maura announced the new Inglot X Maura range on Sunday before making a bold statement to takeover from Kylie Jenner’s makeup empire success.
The outspoken telly favourite insisted she worked closely with Inglot on every detail, from shades to product names across the whole limited edition 34 piece makeup collection.
Announcing the news to her 2.8 million followers on Instagram she admitted: “This feels surreal.
“I can’t believe that I’m actually writing this but.. I am officially launching my very own 34 Piece Collection with Inglot Cosmetics.”
Following on from some behind the scenes teasers she shared last week, she also gave fans a glimpse of what is to come with new images and footage of her products in action.
It comes after the Irish Mirror previously revealed the Dancing On Ice star is set to have a major year of brand deals, with a Primark collaboration set to launch soon as well as some products for Bellamianta tan.
