LUCKNOW: Doctors and healthcare workers of KGMU were honoured at a function to mark the 105th birth anniversary of Pt Deendayal Upadhyaya at the Scientific Convention Centre on Saturday.
Families of KGMU staff members, who lost their lives in the line of duty, were also felicitated.
Deputy CM Dinesh Sharma was chief guest and Union minister Kaushal Kishor was the convenor.
Tributes were paid to Dr Anil Chandra, Dr Neena Srivastava, Dr Zubair, Dr Navneet Prakash Anand, Dr Awadhesh Kumar, Sanjita Charan, Asha Dhusia, Anoop Pandey who lost battle with Covid-19.
Doctors felicitated for exemplary service include SN Shankhwar, Rajesh Verma and RAS Kushwaha.
