Doctor Who filming in Bristol city centre tomorrow

A colourful road sign reportedly found on the corner of Rupert Street and the Christmas Steps in Bristol is said to show the filming locations for Doctor Who in the city centre.

In a social media post shared by a Twitter fan account called 'Doctor Who Production News' at around 5:30 pm today (June 13), the new scenes are likely to be shot around Broadmead.

The post reads: "The signs are at the corner of Rupert Street and Christmas Street in Bristol. TB LOC sign points to the filming location. There are none yet, but the base where they park all their vehicles is at Lloyds Amphitheatre. #dwsr".

On Sunday (June 12) it shared a tweet stating that the BBC show will be shooting scenes during the day this Wednesday, June 15.

However, it's not yet known whether scenes being reportedly filmed this week will feature the new doctor, Ncuti Gatwa, or David Tennant and Catherine Tate. Last night, returning show lead Russell T Davies confirmed Neil Patrick Harris would be joining the cast and implied the Amerian star was already in Cardiff.
