Doctor Hilary Jones ‘breaks’ coronavirus rules on Good Morning Britain

Dr Hilary Jones caused panic in the Good Morning Britain studio this morning after he ‘broke’ coronavirus rules live on air.

The actions prompted Susanna Reid to scream at him in an attempt to get him to abide by the rules (Tuesday, November 24).

The doctor has been a prominent figure on our TV screens and since the start of the first lockdown has always reiterated the importance of abiding by the government guidelines and regulations during the pandemic.

Co-star Richard Arnold was celebrating his 51st birthday on the show, and giving up his seat for “the birthday boy”, Dr Hilary rushed over the studio to him.

However, as he entered the studio a panicked scream from Susanna was heard shouting: “No you can’t, no, no, no, no, no.

“Stay socially-distanced.

“Oh dear, oh my goodness... I mean honestly, you’d think Dr Hilary would.”

Piers Morgan chipped in and agreed with his co-host saying: “You’re too close!”
