The Isle of Skye has won a internet poll on the most desirable place to live in Britain.
The beautiful Scottish island beat off competition from Cornwall’s St Ives and Devon’s Woolacombe to be judged the most dreamed of location for habitation, according to the people who took the time to take part in Rightmove’s online survey.
