Do you like or hate the word Scouser?

People from Liverpool have always been called Scousers for as long as we can remember.

While many people are proud of that and wear it like a badge of honour, for others it has entirely negative associations and they prefer alternatives like Liverpudlian or something different again.

It means different things to people from Liverpool or elsewhere too, in part influenced by how our city has been portrayed across the wider UK.

We took a deep look at its origins and a possible alternative earlier this year while the young lads who returned a phone from the top of a mountain were hailed as Scouse ambassadors this week.

It is a debate that has been going on and on with no sign of ending so as part of that, we've put together a survey so you can have your say.

For or against? Love it or hate it? Answer the questions below - it'll only take a minute - and we'll see what people say.

If the survey doesn't load for you, click here to take it.
