Northumbria Police have released a CCTV image after a bicycle wheel was stolen in Newcastle city centre.
The theft happened at about 1.45pm on Tuesday, December 15.
A thief approached a bicycle on Pilgrim Street and stole a wheel.
Inquiries to identify the suspect are ongoing but now police have released a picture of a man they need to speak to.
He was in the area at the time of the theft and could assist officers with their investigation.
The man, or anyone who recognises him, is asked to report it online at the ‘Tell Us Something’ page of the Northumbria Police website quoting reference 141835H/20.
