DLL relocation problem follows Windows Update

After an automatic Windows update, my PC is giving a heart-stopping message about a system DLL being illegally relocated in memory, and it says: "The vendor supplying the DLL should be contacted for a new DLL." This is a bug that can arise depending on the order in which files are loaded from two different security updates. Microsoft has published an explanation and a hotfix at http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx/kb/935448/.
