Djibril Cisse has found a new passion: music.
The former Liverpool and QPR striker in 2018 called time on a playing career stretching over two decades and can now be found branching out into music. He's doing pretty well, too.
Cisse first announced his new path in life in 2017, before briefly coming back out of football retirement.
A statement at the time read: "With the same passion [as football], I will devote myself wholeheartedly to my career as DJ, producer and consultant, as well as developing my clothing brand.
"Thank you for all your support. The adventure continues, another life begins. A lion never dies."
And that life certainly has begun.
Cisse was in June and July heard on MistaJam's 'New Jams Thursday' and 'Future Dance Anthems' on BBC Radio 1Xtra showing off his collaboration with DJ Peet titled 'Kiti'.
The Champions League winner, also teaming up with Nigerian singer Niniola, is seeing plenty of success with 'Kiti', which has been released on Diplo's Higher Ground label. Have a listen.
