A dad surprised his son for his 6th birthday with an 'outstanding' Lego wall - and has stunned other parents with photos of how he did it.
Daniel Mochan, 31, from Manchester, built the feature wall after stealing some of the space from his son's room to make for a bigger family bathroom.
He admits he felt 'guilty', so wanted to do something special for when he rebuilt the new wall.

Daniel, who is a hoist installer and part-time property developer, picked a Lego theme because his son George is 'obsessed.'
"I did it as we needed to knock down the original wall to make some more space in the bathroom," he explained to the M.E.N .
"I felt guilty about stealing some of his bedroom so decided to make a feature when I rebuilt the wall.
"George is obsessed with Lego so decided I'd try that."

The father put a post on his Facebook asking friends and family if they had any spare Lego they didn't use, and huge tubs of the plastic bricks ended up being donated for free.
For the materials in total, Daniel says it cost around £700 as he carried out all the work himself, apart from the plastering.

"When it came to the Lego part, I cut and stuck Lego base boards to the wall and then clicked the individual pieces to them, which took just over nine hours," Daniel continued, who lives in Leigh with his family.
For the cool blue lights in each unit, he used LED strip lights from Amazon.
Once completed, the DIY dad, who shares his amazing home renovations to his Instagram account house2home_agm, posted before and after photos to the DIY On A Budget Facebook group - and it soon went viral.

Racking up more than 11,000 likes, thousands of members of the group responded with compliments and comments, tagging their friends and partners.
Social media user Brian Phillips responded: "That is outstanding".
Michelle Mason posted: "That’s brilliant! Such a good idea."
Isabella Hesketh said: "Absolutely amazing one lucky lad".

And it's been a big hit with the little boy.
Daniel added: "It was a surprise for George's 6th birthday and he hadn't seen the room since we moved him into the spare room a few weeks ago.
"He absolutely loves it.
"He has hardly been out of it since we gave it to him. He had no idea."
