Divock Origi labelled 'worst signing of the season' after Liverpool move
Former Liverpool striker Divock Origi has been labelled as the ‘worst signing this season’ just a few weeks into the Serie A campaign.
Origi left Anfield earlier in the summer as a free agent, calling time on his eight years contracted to the Reds. He scored 41 goals in 175 appearances, winning six major trophies along the way.

The 27-year-old subsequently signed for AC Milan on a free transfer, the club he scored against in the Champions League group stages last term. However, things apparently do not seem to be going well for Origi so far this season.
The Belgium international has made just four appearances and is yet to score his first goal. In all of those matches Origi was used as a second-half substitute, and is yet to be included in manager Stefano Pioli’s starting line-up.

Liverpool face fixture backlog as Chelsea game postponed
Liverpool face a fixture backlog nightmare after their Premier League visit to Chelsea on Sunday was postponed.
The game at Stamford Bridge has been called off with the Met Police unable to provide sufficient cover with their resources instead concentrating on the state funeral of Queen Elizabeth II the following day.
A Premier League statement this afternoon confirmed: "Seven of the 10 Premier League fixtures this weekend will be played, with three matches postponed due to events surrounding The Queen’s funeral. Matches postponed on Sunday 18 September are Chelsea’s matches against Liverpool at Stamford Bridge, and Manchester United’s home match v Leeds United."
