Motorists are being advised to avoid the Rathdown Road area of Lisburn following a two vehicle collision.
The PSNI have closed a section of the road close to the junction of Moira Road following the incident at around 9.30am this morning.
Diversions have been put in place and police are advising that motorists find alternative routes for their journeys.
It is not yet known if anyone has suffered injuries in the collision.
A PSNI spokesperson said: "Motorists are advised to avoid the Rathdown Road area of Lisburn following a two vehicle road traffic collision this morning.
"Diversions are in place and motorists should seek alternative main routes for their journey."
