Emergency crews searching for a missing man are continuing to send divers into a reservoir in Bolton.
John Woodman has not been seen since leaving Spring Vale Drive, in Tottington, Bury, late on Friday evening.
His car was found near the Wayoh reservoir outside the Black Bull Inn on Bolton Road, Edgworth, and police have spent the last two days probing the area.
The 56-year-old left his mobile phone and bank card at home and officers say they are concerned about his wellbeing.
Teams of divers have been searching the reservoir since yesterday afternoon (Saturday) and continued their work this morning.
They have been aided by crews of firefighters and the Bolton Mountain Mountain Rescue Team.
In a statement, a spokesman for mountain rescue said: "At 1.30pm on Saturday the team was contacted by Greater Manchester Police to request our assistance in the search for a missing 56-year-old male in the vicinity of Wayoh Reservoir.
"30 team members attended and searched land surrounding the reservoir on foot and by boat, alongside resources from GMP, Lancashire Police and the North West Police Underwater Search & Marine Unit.
"At the time of writing the male is still missing."
Mr Woodman is described as being approximately 6ft 2in tall and of a medium build.
Police believe he may be wearing a yellow t-shirt, blue tracksuit bottoms and trainers.
His image has been circulated by officers on social media and anyone who may have spotted him is asked to come forward.
