Two grand events held to promote sports and lifestyle tourism for golf and diving enthusiasts will take place at Bitec Hall 102, Bang Na-Trat Road, from Thursday until Sunday, 11am-8pm.
Organised by NCC Exhibition Organizer, the Thailand Golf & Dive Expo 2019 will feature 350 booths offering a complete range of products and services by local and international entrepreneurs.
The four-day event promises the largest number of domestic and international diving courses, trips, resorts, accommodations, equipment, accessories and underwater camera housings by entrepreneurs from Thailand, the Philippines, China, Maldives, Taiwan, Singapore, Japan, Indonesia and Egypt.
Highlighted activities include a talk by the committee of the 14th TDEX Underwater Photo Contest on Thursday at noon, followed by a seminar on "Cave Diving" by Claus Holsqe and Ben Reymenants, who took part in last year's Tham Luang Cave rescue, at 5pm.

American shark specialist Jim Abernethy will share his face-to-face experiences with the underwater creatures in a talk series on "The Affectionate Side Of Sharks" on Friday at 5pm and "What I Have Learned From Living At Sea With Large Predatory Sharks Since 1998" on Saturday, also at 5pm.
The golf expo will feature discounts of up to 70% on green fee packages, golf-course hotels, golf gear and equipment, golf outfits, and shoes and accessories from leading brands. There will also be the "One Putt One Hundred Thousand Baht" competition open to pros and amateurs who spend at least 2,000 baht at the expo.
