A diver has captured the incredible moment he came face to face with an abnormally gargantuan shark.
John Moore, 55, was freediving near Jupiter, Florida, US, when he managed to grab a picture of the huge female amongst a shiver of bull sharks earlier this month.
With her rows of razor-sharp teeth exposed and yellow-tinted eyes gleaming, the enormous shark was up close and personal to the shark diver and photographer.
He said: “She was an abnormally large female. Very likely pregnant and certainly hadn’t skipped any meals. She was a very dominant shark, confidently coming right up to me throughout our dive.”

This female looked like the huge attackers in the Jaws films with dark grey skin and four gills on either side of its body.
In its giant mouth rows of terrifying teeth looked ready to feed off whatever got in its way.

The sharks are also known as a Zambezi shark in Africa, and Lake Nicaragua shark in Nicaragua.
They are often found worldwide in warm, shallow waters along coasts and in rivers which means humans often become unwitting victims of the predatory species.
Bull sharks are often found in estuaries or off the coast of Florida.
They can live in both fresh and saltwater and and sea life experts say are often found in packs.

A typical bull shark is seven and 11 feet in long and can weigh over 1,500 pounds (680kg).
Wildlife experts say the species is one of the most dangerous and aggressive sharks and is responsible for the third highest number of attacks on humans.
Earlier this month a surfer who was almost killed in a great white shark attack was told he can keep a tooth stuck in his board after a six-year legal battle.
Chris Blowes, now 32, lost his leg and was left in a coma for 10 days after the horror incident in South Australia in 2015.
The predator's tooth became embedded in his board during the attack, which he was told he could not own under local laws.
But the state has now ruled that Mr Blowes can keep the "souvenir" - the first time such an exemption has been granted.
