Police were called to a house following a "disturbance" and later found a cannabis farm.
At around 1.25am on Sunday, November 27 officers received a report of a disturbance at a property on Beatrice Street in Bootle. Police attended the house and discovered a cannabis farm inside the property.
Scottish Power attended and made the electrics safe inside. Police are still at the house and one person living in the street said officers were "constantly changing over."

An investigation is underway and a police cordon is currently in place whilst officers continue their enquiries. Pictures of the scene show two police vehicles at the scene.
A spokesperson for Merseyside Police: " We can confirm that police are currently at a property in Bootle after a cannabis farm was discovered in the area. At around 1.25am on Sunday 27 November officers received a report of a disturbance at a property on Beatrice Street.
"Officers attended the and discovered a cannabis farm inside the property. Scottish Power attended and made the electrics safe. An investigation is underway and a police cordon is currently in place whilst officers continue their enquiries."
