Charlotte Crosby told followers she is taking a break from social media after her ex boyfriend Joshua Ritchie slagged off their relationship on the new Celebs Go Dating trailer - just two weeks after they split.
Former Geordie Shore beauty Charlotte, 29, had dated Josh, 25, in what was a long-term relationship which started in February 2018 and ended last month.
Heartbroken Charlotte made the move after watching her ex boyfriend talk about their 'toxic' romance on the new trailer - which was broadcast to thousands of people.
However a rep for Charlotte told Mirror Online it's just a short term break.
A smitten Josh bragged people would want him as he's newly-single and a good laugh, admitting he 'brings a lot to the table' while he grabbed his manhood.
In a cringey video, the reality star said: "This time I'm at the agency and I'm single. I split up with my ex girlfriend. It got a bit too much, it started to get toxic - so I took myself out of that bad energy.
"And now I'm ready to get back onto that map and get dating.
"I was here last time with Charlotte, the agents gave us great advice. But me and Charlotte couldn't put it together and unfortunately we split."
It appears Charlotte did not take the news lightly and after the trailer was first announced yesterday, the star has now left social media after branding him a 'f***ing toerag'.
On the first-look video, she called him out and said they had both promised to be respectful towards each other after their public breakup, admitting there were times they had cried together.
Furious Charlotte penned: "2 weeks after we split yeh?? You think this is what I wanna be sat watching?
"You cried to me and begged that we both respect each other in this break up! We sat and cried together! And promised we'd be respectful. And you go and do this behind my back! Knowing how sad I was about the split".
Mirror Online has reached out to Joshua's rep for further comment.
In weeks leading up to their shock split, Charlotte had bragged about how good their romance was going after she moved from hometown Newcastle to Bolton to live with her ex beau.
