Residents in Trafford have been informed of upcoming resurfacing works that are expected to take five days to complete.
Carriageway resurfacing works will begin at Pritchard Street in Stretford on Monday, December 13, which will ‘improve the condition’ of the road.
In a letter to residents, One Trafford said the road, near Victoria Park, would be closed while work is carried out.

The street will be closed from 9.30am until 5pm for the duration of the works - currently expected to take five days.
One Trafford said that local signposted diversions will be in place, with business, pedestrian and emergency vehicle access maintained where possible.
In the letter, One Trafford wrote: “We understand that these works may cause some disruption and noise, however using industry best practice, we will do everything to minimise any inconvenience.

“Look out for our maintenance signs for further information and diversions.
“This work involves the use of heavy plant and machinery. We advise all residents to be aware of vehicle and plant movement in the area.
“We apologise for any inconvenience these works may cause you.”
Earlier this year, Pritchard Street was identified by Trafford Council as a priority road for repair work.
A pot of £800,000 of funding was set aside to resurface roads across the borough, including Pritchard Street.
