Dispatch features a ton of heroes (more like villains turned heroes) that you can assign to a variety of tasks across the board. Our Dispatch hero tier list provides a ranking of all the heroes in the current, active build of the game.
This is so you can perform your best when it comes to dispatching heroes, which is quite important when you take into consideration that each hero serves a specific niche, and has different stats to take into account.

Dispatch Heroes Tier List Ranked
All eight heroes have been ranked into tiers, ranging from S to C. This list is not final, since Dispatch is still not fully complete yet, and still has six more ‘episodes’ to go through. The next episodic update for Dispatch is scheduled for October 29, 2025, with the titlecard of ‘Turnover’.
This will be followed immediately by the release of ‘Restructure’, the fourth episode (on the same day). We’re undoubtedly going to see more heroes being added to the roster, so rankings will most certainly be shuffled around a bit. This tier list will be updated over time to reflect these additions.

S Tier - Best Dispatch Characters
The S Tier of characters represents the best of what Dispatch has to offer. These are your first picks, as their stats cover most quest requirements.

What You Need to Know Before Dispatching Heroes
Dispatch is, at its core, a management sim. You will have to micromanage each aspect of the game, and assign the correct hero for the task. The general idea is to send a hero with the right set of stats on a mission. This is to ensure successful runs.
Sending the correct hero for the task is crucial, so always check for affinities the hero excels in (refer to the chart during in-game missions). This also reduces the chances of a hero being downed along the way.
Of course, things don't always go according to plan. You might find yourself forced to dispatch heroes outside of their niche, or risk forfeiting the mission. In this case, consider reserving your best heroes for more challenging scenarios, and push the rest of your roster toward easier missions instead.
Some missions give you the option to send multiple heroes at once, to ensure greater success. While this may be tempting at first, do consider that you will be using multiple heroes at one go, and won't be able to use them if anything urgent pops up along the way.
