Disneyland Paris shares first look at new Dream Factory launching this year

Disneyland Paris has revealed it will welcome a brand new attraction in 2021, and it's one that's sure to be a hit with some of Mickey Mouse 's youngest fans!

Disney Junior Dream Factory will open at Walt Disney Studios Park and will feature a new 20-minute musical show, led by Mickey and Minnie of course!

The new show will be an immersive experience where guests of all ages can learn and sing catchy songs with bundles of energy.

Mickey and Minnie won't be alone either; they will be joined by beloved Disney Junior characters including Timon, Vampirina and Fancy Nancy Clancy, who will be making their first appearance at Disneyland Paris.

One of the park's theatres has been redesigned for the musical extravaganza to become a 'flex-space' that allows for the interactive elements and special effects.

It was the Disney Junior shows which inspired the show's creator, Paul Chychota. He said: "The idea for this show came to me while listening to the music of the various Disney Junior franchises. There was a common thread: The importance of dreaming and believing in your dreams. That’s how Disney Junior Dream Factory came about."

Disney Junior Dream Factory isn't the only new addition set to open at Disneyland Paris this year.

Walt Disney Studios Park will also welcome a new Cars Route 66 Road Trip attraction replacing the park's Studio Tram Tour.

Visitors who board the tram will be taken on a fun-filled adventure with Lightning McQueen and Mater to discover "some of the wacky roadside attractions along the famous Route 66 highway".

Meanwhile, the theme park's highly-anticipated Marvel themed hotel is set to open its doors later this year, decked out to look like a 'New York art gallery' with heap of tributes to some of the franchise's biggest superheroes, complete with themed suites and decor including Iron Man suits and Captain America's shield.

Oh, and there will be character meet and greets too of course! (We got a guide on everything we know so far including sneak peeks of the rooms and lobby).

At the time of writing Disneyland Paris is temporarily closed due to Covid restrictions in France, although it's currently looking to reopen from April 2, 2021. You can find out more on disneylandparis.com.
