If you're looking for a new career in 2020, Disneyland Paris might have the job opportunity you've been waiting for.
If you ever dreamed of becoming a Disney Princess or Marvel superhero, the most magical place in the world is on the hunt a new wave of actors to perform at the park.
Bosses at the theme park are recruiting more talent and this could be your real-life happy ending, with auditions taking place in January.
They are looking for "enthusiastic" and "highly energetic" candidates to portray a variety of characters from each universe to meet and greet guests and participate in the famous Disney parades.
No prior entertainment experience is required, but there are several requirements candidates have to meet to be in with a chance.
Each applicant must...
- Be aged 18 or over
- Be between 137cm and 193cm tall (around 4ft 5in - 6ft 3in)
- Be competent dancers
- Have the distinguishing characteristics to portray characters
- Be able to speak English or French
Hopefuls should attend the audition prepared to participate in a movement or dance act, wearing comfortable clothes and without make up.
If you think the crown fits, there are official auditions for princes and princesses being held in Leeds, Liverpool and London with recruiters set on finding the best applicants this side of the channel.
The first will take place at Liverpool Theatre School on January 25 from 10am.
This interview date will be followed by more hiring sessions in Leeds’ Yorkshire Dance Centre on January 26 and London’s Pineapple Dance Studios on January 28.
Successful applicants will be subject to a six month contract - for a minimum of four months. You can find out more via the Disney recruitment website .
