Disney will remake Bambi as a live-action movie

The 1942 animated movie will get a live-action remake almost 80 years after its first release.

The CGI methods used on The Jungle Book and the Lion King will be used to give a new life to everyone’s favourite fawn.

This move is part of Disney’s strategy to remake all its classics into live-action productions, such as Aladdin, Cinderella, Alice in Wonderland and Beauty and the Beast.

The upcoming remakes also include Mulan and the 101 Dalmatians prequel Cruella.
