Earlier this week, Disney+ added X-Men: Days of Future Past to its streaming platform, much to the delight of fans.
Many rushed to watch the 2014 Sci-Fi film starring Jennifer Lawrence, Hugh Jackman and James McAvoy.
But during their viewing, a few people noticed something curious about the movie - that it had been left uncensored.
This meant a scene featuring Hugh Jackman's naked behind is left in and they also included the F-bomb.
Jackman himself even took to Instagram to comment on this, sharing a still from the film and posting: "Days of Future Past becomes the first movie to air on Disney+ uncensored. That was my future but let's be honest... it's more like my past."
The X-Men film is rated a 12A so some swearing and nudity is generally to be expected, however Disney+ users found it odd as back in April the site hit headlines for the censoring of Daryl Hannah's bum in Splash (1984).
Hannah played a mermaid in the romantic comedy, which also featured Tom Hanks.
Her character was completely naked in an early scene in the movie, with her bum visible as she runs into the sea.
But in the version that appears on Disney+ it seems someone tried to make the scene a little more family-friendly by editing longer hair onto the actress in order to cover her bum.
Viewers took to Twitter to share their confusion over the "double standards" of showing male nudity in film but not female.
One person wrote: "So a mermaid's butt needs CG hair added to it, but Wolverine deserves to show his athletic a**? I sense a double standard. And with Splash, the original frame they painted wasn’t even graphic at all."
Another said: "But they censored Darryl Hannah???"
A third commented: "They allow that but CGI long hair to cover Daryl Hannah’s a** in Splash?"
Someone else added: "Hold on, so we can see Hugh Jackman’s a** in X-Men: Days of Future Past on Disney+, but Daryl Hannah has to have hers coved with CGI hair in their edit of Splash?"
