Disney+ Day: All of the shorts that you can watch - including The Simpsons, Frozen and Tangled

A host of new animated shorts have launched on Disney+ as part of Disney+ Day.

From The Simpsons to Olaf from Frozen, there will be a range of new shorts for adults and children alike.

Some of the animations, such as Olaf Presents and Ciao Alberto, will be brand new premieres on the streaming service.

Others will be old favourites which have not been on Disney+ before, including Frozen Fever and Tangled ever After.

Disney+ Day is being held on November 12 to celebrate the second anniversary of the streaming service.

As well as the shorts there will be a bunch of new content released, including Marvel’s Shang-Chi as well as family adventure movie Jungle Cruise .

Here are all of the new shorts you can watch for Disney+ Day 2021...

Olaf Presents

The Frozen spin-off will see everyone’s favourite snow man telling classic Disney stories in his own, unique way.

As the character is taken from the popular film Frozen, Olaf adopts several roles in this series as he retells moments from several classic Disney films.

These include Aladdin, Tangled and Moana. Olaf's theatrical flair is something you can count on to have the whole family laughing along.

Ciao Alberto

If you enjoyed Disney+ and Pixar animation Luca then you are in for a holiday treat with this spin-off short, Ciao Alberto.

The tale follows fun-loving sea monster Alberto, who is enjoying working in Portorosso alongside Massimo, an imposing, one-armed fisherman of few words.

Watch as Alberto tries to impress his mentor, who he thinks is quite possibly the coolest human in the entire world.

The Simpsons in Plusaversary

The Simpsons in Plusaversary is Springfield’s event of the year which is the third in a series of Simpsons shorts from Disney+.

The short will highlight the streaming service’s brands and titles in what is coined the event to ‘kick off’ the Disney+ Day celebrations.

Tangled Ever After

The 2012 short Tangled Ever After will be launching on the streaming service during Disney+ Day.

The short animated film is a sequel to the 2010 film, showing Rapunzel and Flynn Rider gearing up for their wedding day - but losing their rings mid-ceremony.

Frozen Fever

Another Frozen short launching on Disney+ Day is

Frozen Fever

, a 2015 short which was a sequel to the original Frozen film.

In the short animation, Elsa and Kristoff are determined to give Anna the best birthday celebration ever.

Feast

The 2014 short animation film is another new addition to Disney and is an animated 2D comedy short film.

Feast is the story of one man’s love life, seen through the eyes of his dog and best friend, Winston, and revealed through the meals they share.

Get A Horse!

This animated short is a mix of traditional black and white and colour footage, featuring Mickey Mouse.

It was first put together in2012 and even features Walt Disney himself.

Paperman

Paperman is a black-and-white animated romantic comedy first released in 2012.

The story follows Paperman, who meets the girl of his dreams on a commuter train.

The Little Matchgirl

This short Disney animation from 2006 tells the tale of a poor girl who sells matches to make money.

But in order to keep warm, she lights the matches she wants to sell and ends up envisioning a different life for herself in the flames.

Tick Tock Tale

Created in 2010, this animated Disney short was intended to be released with Tangled but was instead released five years later.

When an antique clock store is robbed, the kidnapped clocks are left in the hands of a small outcast.

The Ballad of Nessie

The Ballad of Nessie is a 2011 animated short which was originally released with Winnie the Pooh in cinemas.

Nessie is a homeless creature that attempts to find a home along with her rubber duck, with the tale narrated by Billy Connolly.
