A disgusting creep tried to kidnap a little Dublin girl and lure her into his car as she walked to primary school, Dublin Live can reveal.
The 11-year-old girl was on her way to school on Friday morning in Lucan when she was approached by a man in his 40s at around 8:40am.
He drove up slowly beside her and demanded that she get into his black coloured car.
The man told the primary school child to "jump in out of the cold" and that he would drop her to the school.
Thankfully the little girl managed to escape the attempted kidnap and ran in the direction of her aunties' house.
A spokesman for Gardai told Dublin Live: "Gardaí in Lucan responded to reports of a suspicious approach to a young female, yesterday 17 January near Griffeen Road. No offences disclosed.
