People were left disgusted after a judge spared a teen abuser jail after punching a girl 25 times.
During the violent attack Kyle Lye punched his victim to the ground and told her he "wouldn't stop until she was dead".
The 19-year-old today appeared at Liverpool Magistrates' Court after admitting assault causing actual bodily harm.

Lye was spared an immediate jail sentence and before he left the dock Chair Magistrate S. Wood said: "We all make mistakes, it's a question of controlling your emotions."
Jonathan Wilkinson, prosecuting, said Lye "punched her to the ground, kicked her and punched her body approximately 25 times as she was curled on the floor."
Mr Wilkinson said: "He said he wouldn't stop until she's dead."
When the girl, who cannot be identified for legal reasons, managed to run away, Lye continued the attack and "punched her again to the face and stomach".
The teenage girl then "managed to stop a van driving by" and was able to flee.
Mr Wilkinson said Lye was arrested and admitted the attack.
He said there was "no real visible injury" to which Magistrate Wood, asked "are they just pretend kicks?".
Mr Wilkinson confirmed the hits "made contact" but said there was "no bruising".
He confirmed the girl said: "I feel really sore at the top of my backside and lower back."
She also said her cheekbone was "sore, red and swollen" where he "punched and stamped on me".
Lye, of Finch Lane, Knotty Ash, admitted assault causing actual bodily harm.
Anna Duke, defending, said Lye had attacked the girl in a "fit of rage and temper" but had then accepted culpability.
Ms Duke said for someone so young he had "quite a lot of responsibility" and had a young daughter.
Lye was handed 20 weeks suspended for one year and must complete 10 hours of Rehabilitation Activity Requirements and 120 hours of unpaid work.
He must also complete a Building Better Relationships Programme, which Magistrate Wood said was "fundamental" to Lye's rehabilitation.
Lye must also pay his victim £300 in compensation and £85 in court costs.
ECHO readers expressed their disgust at the attack and sentence given by the magistrate.
Kimberley Allinson said: "A reactive hit in an heated argument, although still not acceptable, could be viewed as a mistake if the person is remorseful … 25 times is no mistake! That’s just utter intent."
Sam Allwood said: "They wonder why kids of today have no respect or morals. Great message sent there, "oh you have a lot of responsibilities and a child" never mind, it's OK we understand how difficult you're having it, stop giving people excuses and give them tough love. The judge needs to learn what is acceptable and not acceptable behaviour is and sentence accordingly."
Kelly Mandy Mclaughlan said: "And that ladies and gents is why crime continues to rise.... it either goes unpunished or barely punished so re offending is not discouraged in any way, infact its actively encouraged."
Gillian Wilkinson said: "What a vile individual. He should have been jailed."
Victoria Topping said: "That’s disgusting should have been given a prison sentence to teach him a lesson."
