Disgraceful video shows over 50 student Brazilian ravers break lockdown rules at Dublin Halloween house party

These are the disgraceful scenes which show over 50 Brazilian ravers breaching lockdown restrictions to attend a Halloween party in south Dublin - organised by a health care worker.

While many parents were forced to say no to their children who were tearing to show off their trendy outfits at trick-or-treating, these party goers blatantly ignored Level 5 rules to celebrate the frightening festivities by creating a hotbed for Covid-19.

Various pieces of footage obtained by Dublin Live shows the student clubbers packed into a small room dancing away to various types of music from late on Saturday night into the early hours of Sunday morning.

The organiser of the huge gathering is said to be a front line worker who looks after elderly patients in Dublin.

The party-animals didn't hide their shame in attending the rule-breaking rave either, posting several videos and pictures on various social media platforms throughout the all-nighter event.

Other videos seen by Dublin Live shows bags of what appears to be a white substance being put down and lined out on tables.

A source said: "This was described as being a "drug-fuelled" event which over 50 Brazilian students are said to have attended.

"And what's worse, the whole thing was organised by a health care worker who looks after elderly people.

"Neither the organisers nor the attendees hid it either. Many posted clips and images on social media, some of which showed what appeared to be drug-use."

One Brazilian native living in Dublin for nearly eight years was sent the videos in a WhatsApp group but immediately phoned the Gardai on the filthy fifty.

She told Dublin Live: "The videos were sent into a private group I'm in and everyone looked to be going mad in them.

"I just couldn't watch this and stay quiet, It's not fair on everyone else. I have a child who hasn't seen his grandparents since March. I haven't seen my friends since then either.

"I searched a bit more and found it was all over Instagram and Facebook, they had no shame."

She added: "I'm currently out of work because of this. You try your best to survive and then you see things like this happening. It's not right."

Dublin Live has contacted Gardai about the incident.
