Discovery of woman's body at Glasgow flats sparks police probe

have launched a probe after the body of a woman was found in the south side of Glasgow.

The 56-year-old was discovered at 6.55am this morning at the flats on Kennishead Avenue.

The cause of death is yet to be determined and it's not know if there are any suspicious circumstances.

A Police Scotland spokesman said: "Enquiries are continuing."
