Scandinavian countries, such as Denmark, Norway and Iceland, always lead the world’s happiness rankings, while the UK barely makes the top 20. So would we be happier if we all moved to Denmark?
But Denmark should not have monopoly on quality of life – and there are plenty of happiness tips to learn from around the world. Using examples from the world’s happiest people, Meik Wiking, founder of the Happiness Research Institute in Copenhagen, will show you how to increase your quality of life, your wellbeing and happiness.
