The Parq invites everyone to disconnect from the online world and reconnect with themselves during Art In The Parq Season 3, which will take place from tomorrow to June 21.
Set within an open, inclusive and creatively inspiring atmosphere, the art-meets-wellness event transforms the 3rd floor of The Parq Life into a vibrant creative wellness community offering a refreshing escape from endless scrolling and digital noise.
Visitors are encouraged to slow down, be present and tune in to their inner emotions through installation art experiences and mindful wellness activities curated under the concept of "Log Out, Look In" by Groundcontrol. A range of creative hands-on activities have been designed to inspire self-expression and emotional exploration, including "Tato Hearts: Hide & Seek By Gypso", "Don't Worry Stones Painting" and "Letters From Your Future Self".
For those looking for moments of peace, mindfulness and relaxation, just step into Flow, a light and sound installation by Eyedropper Fill that allows everyone to reconnect with their inner rhythm through light, sound and the calming movement of water.
On Saturdays and Sundays, there will be a panel talk series offering an opportunity to engage in inspiring conversations around art, wellness, self-discovery and balanced living with well-known speakers, creators and influencers.
Another highlight is therapeutic music and art therapy by Gypsha & Friends and Thanakorn Siriraks (aka Blue Dean) from June 15-19. It combines live music with free-flow drawing and colouring sessions to help recharge both body and mind after a long day of work.
There will also be a weekend market featuring art and crafts workshops curated by renowned artists and craft studios from this Friday to Sunday and June 20-21.
The event is pet-friendly and runs from 5pm to 9pm on Friday and 11am to 8pm from Saturday to June 21. The Parq is on Ratchadaphisek Road.
