A disabled young Celtic fan was left beaming with joy after his parents created a safe space bedroom dedicated to his favourite team.
Nine-year-old Oisin McConnell suffers from a chromosome deletion disorder and is unable to walk or talk.
But the schoolboy is an avid Celtic fan and loves watching a game of the Glasgow Hoops with his dad John.
John told The Record: "Oisin absolutely loves Celtic, and especially Odsonne Edouard.
"Watching Celtic play is our thing that we do together. You can see his face lighting up with joy and he loves celebrating a goal".
Oisin requires round-the-clock care and cannot be left on his own in an environment where he could hurt himself so his parents decided to surprise him with a special new room before Christmas.
John continued: "We have to create a place for Oisin where he can sleep safely without falling out of bed and play without injuring himself.
"We had an NHS approved bed installed into the room which is specially created for his safety needs and then we decked it out in green and white.
"Oisin's reaction was brilliant - he was delighted when he saw his new bedroom and we were grateful we could create this space for him in time for Christmas."
