A disabled mum-of-five has slammed the housing association for leaving her unable to shower for a fortnight.
Annette Lewis-Rendle says she had to drive miles from her home in Maidstone, Kent, just so she can wash every day.
A faulty pump in her wetroom was reported to landlord Hyde Housing, but she is angry that it still hasn't been fixed.
The 61-year-old - who uses crutches to walk and a mobility scooter to get around - says she has had to travel to her daughter's house to have a shower.
"They shouldn’t treat a disabled person like this," she told KentOnline. "How much longer do I have to wait?

"I think it is disgusting the way I’ve been treated. It still has not even been done."
She added: "I'm angry - very angry, and I’m very stressed with it all."
Mrs Lewis-Rendle moved into the property three years ago.
She lives with her Jack Russell, Rusty - and says the on-going issues is bringing her down.
Last Wednesday, another plumber and an electrician visited her home and claimed to have solved the issue.
However, the woman says the water returned for just a few seconds before cutting out again.

She says the problematic bathroom is still not fixed and is demanding answers at the £150-a-week rented property.
Hyde’s Responsive Operations Manager issued a statement to KentOnline saying: “We first became aware that there was an issue with Mrs Lewis-Rendle’s wet room on 2 August, and we attended the same day as an emergency.
"The fault was not on the shower but the pump, and replaced the pump on 11 August.
"However, we were made aware that unfortunately the water turns itself off after 60 seconds.
"We immediately tried to arrange an appointment for a plumber and electrician to attend and rectify the problem as soon as possible.
"We would have re-attended on 13 August, but this was not convenient for Mrs Lewis-Rendle. The appointment has now been confirmed with Mrs Lewis-Rendle for 19 August.”
