Disabled woman dragged from wheelchair and has alcohol stolen from her by two men in Beeston

Two men stole alcohol off a disabled woman in Beeston after they pulled her out of her wheelchair.

The 43-year-old victim is dependent on a wheelchair and the robbery happened at around 9.50pm on Friday, June 21 at Beeston Fields Recreation Grounds.

The men pulled her out of her chair onto the ground, demanded money and then stole the alcohol.

Officers are now appealing for information after she was targeted.

A Nottinghamshire Police spokesman said: "Did you see the incident? Did you drive past the area and have dashcam footage? If you have any information please ring 101 and quote incident 21 of 23 June 2019."
