A disabled Rangers fan has told of Danish cops 'leathering old men and kids' with truncheons as violence flared near Copenhagen.
Trouble has kicked off outside the Rangers vs Brondby game in Denmark tonight as Danish police have allegedly charged Gers supporters with batons.
We told tonight how officers waded into large groups of supporters outside the stadium an hour and a half before kick-off.
Supporters suffered face and head injuries in the incident which was described by one injured fan as “terrifying”.
One supporter, an amputee with one leg, said the police had charged and attacked everyone in their path while the man accompanying him was not allowed into the stadium.

The man said: "They've been battering us with truncheons, batons and everything.
"Kids, old men - it doesn't matter who it is to them, everyone is getting leathered.
"I've never been so scared in all my life.
"It all kicked off half an hour ago and they're only just letting people in now.
"They've leathered everybody outside.
"I'm inside the stadium now but I couldn't even tell you where I am.
"They are dirty, dirty coppers.
"They've been charging people outside.
"I have one leg, I'm an amputee, and they won't let the guy I was with come in with me.
"They've been far too heavy handed.
"It is just shocking and disgusting. A kid of about 10 or 11 was hit. They've been swinging the batons."
On twitter one supporter wrote: "Disgraceful conduct by the Copenhagen police charging innocent fans."
A spokesman for West Copenhagen police said: "There was a group of away fans who did not have a regulated ticket to the stadium, who tried to enter. In that connection, there was a bit of a commotion, and the police had to pull batons and they were also used. In this connection, we can confirm that at least one person has been arrested for violence with the police.
"Before and after the episode, we sent out a series of tweets addressed to the fans who not had regulated ticket to Brondby Stadium."
