Microsoft's bcentral site has a piece on entrepreneurs being hit by disability discrimination laws. It seems people aren't training staff in dealing with people with disabilities and the cost could be high.
It's not a new issue and indeed the European Union is pushing for websites and WAP sites to be more accessible to people with various viewing difficulties. People were talking about it when I first started my working life, in 1986.
It's incredible and in no small way depressing that it's still cropping up as if people hadn't thought of it.
