Dior opens leopard-print paradise in Harrods

Leopard print lovers rejoice!

For the newly-opened Dior pop-up in Harrods will showcase the brand’s autumn/winter 2022 ready-to-wear collection, with a focus on all things dotted and spotted. Lined from floor to ceiling in the brand’s Mizza leopard print (originally inspired by Christian Dior’s muse Mizza Bricard) the store, which is open through the month of August, features a custom-made set by Neo-Futurist Italian artist Marco Lodola, starring quintessentially London symbols like double-decker buses, black cabs and electric guitars.

“Above all, we wanted to pay respect to our host city, and celebrate it by creating a strong cultural and social link,” Lodola explains.

In a dedicated handbag alcove, classic styles Lady Dior and 30 Montaigne come in new micro formats, while the Dior Book Tote and the Dior Caro are reworked in leather overlaid with a supersized cannage motif.

“Each year, Dior’s takeover of the space is increasingly eye-catching and this year’s leopard print paradise is no different,” says Lydia King, Fashion and Buying Director at Harrods.
