Manchester United full-back Diogo Dalot has outlined exactly what Ralf Rangnick's 'greatest attribute' is.
The German has faced plenty of criticism in the last few days following United's defeat to Wolves at Old Trafford, the first loss during his tenure in charge.
Dalot, meanwhile, has been an ever-present in the Red Devil squad since Rangnick arrived at Manchester United in November.
Speaking to United's club website, the Portuguese defender said: "It’s been a joy to have the opportunity to play more, to help the team more and give my football to the team, which is why I’m here.
"Every time you change managers, it’s a new opportunity and a new experience. He’s a very experienced coach with a lot of years in football.
"His philosophy is very good in terms of the way that he communicates with everyone and the way he expresses his thoughts to us.
"It’s been fantastic to get to know him and, hopefully, we can build the relationship between the players and the manager even more and bring that to the pitch so we can win more games and perform a lot better.”
“I think the manager wants to get the best out of each player and, for me, it’s about bringing my best qualities into every game,” he explained.
"Drive forward, have the ball and try to serve the forward players, and, of course, defend well. Keep solid at the back and be physical and be aggressive – that’s my job as a full-back.”
Manchester United face Aston Villa on Monday evening at Old Trafford in the FA Cup Third Round.
