'Dinosaur' spotted walking dog along Liverpool street

A 'dinosaur' was spotted walking a dog around the streets of Liverpool.

Yes, you read that correctly.

Not exactly Jurassic Park come to life but the pet owner, had decided to dress in a stylish lime green dinosaur onesie, while taking a stroll along Gainsborough Road with his four legged friend.

Robert Murtagh first saw the unusually attired dog walker as he was making his way to nearby park for a game of football.

Sharing the photo to Twitter, Robert joked: "Sure just your usual Monday night seeing a dinosaur walking a dog.

He added: "Never change Liverpool!"

A second user, Stephen McCartney, said: "A pint and half of whatever you're on!"

Another, referring to Arsenal's football mascot, said: "Gunnersaurus really has hit hard times."

The pair were later seen again just round the corner near ASDA on Smithdown Road where it was noted that the dino dog walker completed his outfit with a pair of adidas shoes and a baseball cap.
