A new 18-hole course featuring a six-metre-tall spouting walk-through volcano has been added to a popular dinosaur adventure golf centre.
Families visiting the Volcanic course at Dino Falls Adventure Golf will also get to see a mini volcano, ride-on selfie dino for the little ones, waterfalls and even more moving dinosaurs.
The course is in addition to the Rapids course which first opened in November 2017, just a short drive from Liverpool at the Trafford Golf Centre in Manchester.
The action-packed park is set within a dramatic Jurassic setting features prehistoric caves, winding fossil paths and palm trees plus a winding river and a water-spraying Pterodactyl overhead.
There is even one hole on the rapids course which leads players through a cave behind the 3m-high waterfall before emerging to hit their ball directly into the rapids to be carried the next hole.
The new 18-holes wrap around the edge of the existing Rapids course with six new dinosaurs added to the experience.
Pete Styles, director of golf, at Trafford Golf Centre and Dino Falls Adventure Golf, said: "We’re delighted that the Volcano course has opened ahead of the Christmas break and look forward to seeing people experiencing the new adventure.
"Our Christmas Hunt is also now on until January 6, 2020, so there’s plenty happening over the festive period for all to enjoy."
To celebrate the opening, the popular ‘Kids Go Free’ offer is back for one weekend only – with a fancy-dress twist! Each child visiting in fancy-dress on Saturday, December 21 or Sunday, December 22 will go free with a paying adult.
