Dino Falls golf course is extending - and will have a walk-through spouting Volcano

You can't exactly miss the mammoth dinosaurs at the side of the M60 but now Dino Falls is about to get even bigger.

The adventure golf attraction is getting another 18-hole course and it'll include a six-metre tall walk through spouting Volcano, waterfalls and even more moving dinosaurs.

Opening in late 2019, a further 110 car parking spaces will also be created as well as new footpaths linking with Old Park Lane.

Peel L&P, owner of TraffordCity-based attraction, has received planning permission for the additional course.

The new 18-holes will wrap around the edge of the existing course and be available to book for larger parties including birthdays, stag and hen parties and corporate events.

Pete Styles, director of golf, at Trafford Golf Centre and Dino Falls, said: “Dino Falls is already the largest adventure golf course outside of London, and it is now set to get even bigger and better.

"Now a recognised leisure venue across the UK, we are thrilled to be extending the course for our customers to enjoy and we look forward to the launch event later this year.”

Dino Falls Adventure Golf opened at the side of the M60 back in November 2017 and has fast become a favourite among families wanting to thrash it out with their clubs.

Young and old can play under the watchful eyes of the gigantic resident dinosaurs including Tyrannosaurus Rex, Allosaurus, Baby Triceratops, Pterasuria, Velociraptors Raptors, Iguanodon, Diplodocus and Triceratops.
