Fancy revisiting the land before time this summer?
The Avenue, Newton Mearns, has opened its doors to our fossilised friends, and become a dinosaur sanctuary for a whole month!
Get up close and personal with a T-Rex, or learn some dino defence with a Triceratops - you name it, they’ve got it.
As one of the southside’s most notable shopping and dining centres, it is sure to be an event to remember.
That’s not all, you and all the family are invited to come along and take part in the Dinosaur Trail - your mission? To find as many Dino Eggs as you can.
All that’s required is picking up an entry form from the shopping centre, and of course, bring your hunting skills - these dinosaurs have few million years more experience under their belts.
Winners will look forward to some fantastic prizes this summer, which include a £100 voucher for The Avenue.
To top it all off, there will be additional activities offered by Waterstones and new store, The Works, which will entail arts and crafts, as well as Dino Tale storytelling for everyone to enjoy.
There will be something available for all the family, and the dinos roared into action yesterday (July 16) so head along to The Avenue any day until August 16 and get ready to make pre-history!
